How big are the meals?

Our meals are portioned as single servings. Main entrees are roughly 7-9 ounces with 2-3 ounces of protein. Our trays are just under 7” x 4” x 1.5” in size.

How do I heat my meals?

Most meals take about 2-4 minutes in the microwave or 20-40 minutes in the oven.

Do your meals meet any specific dietary guidelines?

Our current selection includes full-flavored options that may not be appropriate for special diets. All meals contain 700mg or less of sodium. Nutrition and ingredient information can be found here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. Another option is to authorize a secure transfer from your checking or savings account. We do not accept paper checks or cash.

How can I change my order?

You have until 9pm the night before your delivery day to contact us on-line or through our service center to make any changes.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to homes, apartments and senior residences in the Twin Cities metro area. To confirm delivery in your neighborhood please see our delivery map.

Who will be delivering my order?

Your local CobornsDelivers’ Neighborhood Service Rep will arrive in a yellow Coborns truck to deliver your order during the 4 hour window you select.

When will my delivery arrive?

We offer next day delivery in most of the Twin Cities metro area and you can choose the day and 4 hour delivery window that is most convenient for you. For a closer estimate of when your meals will arrive, request Delivery Alerts to receive a text message or e-mail with your Target Delivery Time sent the morning of your delivery day.

What if I’m not home for delivery?

Our meals will stay frozen for up to 6 hours in our insulated totes and we’ll gladly leave them at personal residences. Due to safety concerns, we are unable to leave them unattended in apartments, condominiums or senior residences.

What is your tipping policy?

No tipping, please- just words of appreciation if we’ve done a good job.

Can you save my order information to make it easy to reorder?

Yes, we will save your account information, delivery and payment preference and your order history to make it quick and easy to place your next order.
